What is your standard turnaround time for screen printing?

Standard turnaround time on screen printed apparel is 5-10 business days. A 1-4 day rush service is available).

Can I see a sample of my custom printed or embroidered order?

2K will provide you with a free hi-resolution digital mockup of your item. Sampling is available for an additional fee..

Can I print the same design on different garments?

Yes. Different garment styles can be combined in a single order to receive quantity discounts, which isn’t always the case with a printing company. That is “Y2K” … Though, it is important to note that only certain garment styles work well together. For example, t-shirts and hoodies are similar garments and would work well for this process, but t-shirts and pants would not.

What are the minimums for a custom printing order?

For custom screen printed apparel minimums begin at just 36 pieces.

Custom embroidered apparel has a minimum of 24 pieces.

DTG (Direct to Garment Printing) has a 36 piece minimum per order.

Specialty Inks/Print Methods have a 144 piece minimum.

Promotional Items and Marketing Materials vary item to item.

For ink or thread color changes there must be a minimum of 12 pieces per color combination.

Contact a sales representative if you are unsure and they can give you an answer for any item.

Can I print the same design in different colors?

Yes, however there is a $10 fee for each color change. (Must order a min of 12 pieces for each color combination).

How many colors can be in my screen printed design?

We can print in up to 8 spot colors and also offer full color process screen printing. Minimum quantities will vary from item to item when using this many spot colors. Ask a representative about your artwork if you are unsure.

What kinds of specialty inks does 2K offer?

We offer metallic, glow in the dark, nylon, plastisol, and neon inks.

Can I have my order printed in jumbo/all-over style?

2K Printing Company can handle all over print jobs and have completed beautiful all-over prints for our clients! *special pricing will apply on jumbo and all-over printing..

Can I have my order Pantone color matched?

The 2K Printing Company print specialists can match any Pantone color exactly. Standards inks are free, but we can match the unique PMS colors in your artwork for only 15.00/per color.

What brands of apparel does 2K offer?

We have wholesale accounts with all of the most popular brands and apparel providers. With major brands including: Hanes, Anvil, Delta, Gildan, Alstyle, Next Level, Canvas, Bella, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Alternative Apparel, Nike, Carhartt, IZOD, Adidas, American Apparel and everything in between. Not to mention, all garments are sold to our customers at preferred wholesale pricing. Please see our catalog for a complete list of what we have to offer.

How can I pay for my order?

2K accepts cash, check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money orders.

I don’t have a logo or design. Can 2K help?

Yes. Our cutting edge graphic design team can develop and create custom graphics, make changes to existing art, or help you create your logo / graphic / typography design! Simple design work will typically be free with your order. For more advanced design work an artwork fee will be charged. Your sales representative will let you know before placing the order if an artwork fee will be charged and how much it will cost to create or re-draw the artwork for your order. That is Y2K!

Can you email me the logo/graphic/artwork files so I can use them elsewhere?

All illustrations, artwork, graphics, logos, design, typography work, etc. created by our artwork department are the sole property of 2K Printing & Promotions and can not be used or shared for anything unrelated to a 2K Printing order. This does not include artwork where a fee was charged and paid for by the customer.

Does 2KPrinting.com Insure Packages?

Yes, you can have your package insured by UPS. Please let your sales rep know before your order ships if you would like to insure it.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Pick-up is available for orders large and small during normal business hours (9am – 5pm weekdays). So we can make sure to have your order packed up and ready, we encourage you to call us first at 908.547.5000 and let us know when you’ll be stopping by.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy – Unfortunately due to the custom nature of our business we do not offer returns for refunds on decorated items. That being said we will replace or reprint any item that is defective or misprinted at no cost to you. If we did something wrong we fix it. Period. Customers have 14 days from placing their order to report any damages or defects and 30 days to return the damaged goods for a replacement. Any items outside of this time frame will not be credited or replaced for any reason. Thank you.

What if some of my items aren’t printed correctly?

Please allow for a 2% spoilage rate on all orders. For orders under 50 pieces please allow for a 1-2 piece spoilage rate. This is usually not the case, but it is unfortunately the reality of the industry.  If your order has a higher spoilage rate than stated above you will be credited for each piece that is damaged. Please provide high-resolution images of the damages pieces.

Can I print my logo on something other than apparel?
